The Regulatory Body for Sign Language Interpreters and Translators (RBSLI) is an independent, voluntary regulator established in 2015.
To promote professional provision of qualitative Sign Language Interpreting and Translation services to both deaf and hearing communities
What is the purpose of RBSLI?
The purpose of RBSLI is to maintain a Register of Accredited Sign Language Interpreters and Translators Registered Trainee Sign Language Interpreters and Translators, that promotes best practice and provides a welcoming, nurturing, inclusive and effective support for Professional Sign Language Interpreters and Translators and the individuals and communities which they serve.
